Absolutely. After the $69 diagnostic, our technician provides a detailed written estimate outlining the repair needed, parts cost, labor, and timeline. No work begins without your approval. We believe in complete transparency — no hidden fees, no surprises.

Do you use genuine OEM parts or aftermarket parts?

We use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts whenever possible to ensure the best quality and longevity of your repair. If an OEM part isn’t available, we’ll discuss alternative options with you before proceeding. We never use substandard parts that compromise your appliance’s performance.

Do you offer any maintenance plans or service contracts?

Yes, we offer annual maintenance plans for homeowners and property managers. Regular maintenance extends the life of your appliances, improves energy efficiency, and catches small issues before they become expensive repairs. Call us for pricing and to set up a maintenance schedule.

What COVID-19 or health safety measures do your technicians follow?

Our technicians wear masks upon request, use hand sanitizer between service calls, wear protective booties inside your home, and maintain a respectful distance. We prioritize your family’s health and comfort throughout the service visit.

Can you help with appliance installation in addition to repairs?

Yes! We install dishwashers, ranges, ovens, cooktops, refrigerators, washers, dryers, microwaves, and garbage disposals. Our technicians ensure proper leveling, connection, and testing before they leave. Installation pricing varies by appliance type — call for a quote.

How do I know if my appliance is worth repairing versus replacing?

Our general rule: if the repair cost is less than 50% of a new appliance’s price and the unit is under 10 years old, repair is usually the better option. Our technician will give you an honest assessment. We never recommend unnecessary repairs — if replacement makes more sense, we’ll tell you.

Do you offer any guarantee on parts in addition to your labor warranty?

Yes. Our 90-day warranty covers both parts and labor. If the same issue recurs within 90 days of our repair, we’ll come back and fix it at no additional charge. Many OEM parts also carry their own manufacturer’s warranty extending well beyond our 90-day coverage.

What happens if my appliance breaks down again after the 90-day warranty?

We stand by our work long after the warranty period. While labor and parts aren’t covered past 90 days, we keep detailed service records. If you call us about a recurring issue, we’ll review your history and often provide preferred pricing for returning customers. Building long-term relationships matters more to us than one-time transactions.
