Professional Dryer Repair Services

Upfront Diagnostic Fee

$69 for residential appliances and $120 for commercial appliances. The fee is applied toward the repair if you approve it.

Based in Glendale

Our office is at 1201 N Pacific Ave, Suite 202. We cover Glendale, Burbank, Pasadena, the San Fernando Valley, Beverly Hills and nearby areas.

Warranty on Every Repair

Replaced parts and the related labor are covered by a 30–90 day warranty, depending on the part and supplier, and we back our work with a satisfaction guarantee.

Most dryer problems come down to a handful of parts: the heating element or gas igniter, the thermal fuse and thermostats, the drive belt, drum rollers and idler pulley, the motor, or the control board. Our technician tests the dryer, tells you what failed and what the repair costs, and starts only after you approve.

What to Expect

Call or book online and we’ll confirm your appointment window. The technician diagnoses the dryer at your home or business and gives you a written estimate before any repair begins. When the part is on hand, the repair is often finished in the same visit.

Brands We Repair

Whirlpool, Maytag, Samsung, LG, GE, Kenmore, KitchenAid, Frigidaire, Bosch, Miele, Haier and other major brands, in stacked, side-by-side and laundry-center models.

Lint and Vent Safety

A clogged lint screen or dryer vent makes loads take longer and can overheat the dryer. If we find a restricted vent during a repair, we’ll show you so it can be cleaned. Clean the lint screen after every load, and stop using the dryer if you smell burning.

Common Dryer Problems

  • Runs but doesn’t heat. On electric dryers this is often the heating element, thermal fuse or high-limit thermostat; on gas dryers, the igniter, flame sensor or gas valve coils.
  • Drum won’t turn, or the dryer thumps or squeals. Usually a broken drive belt or worn drum rollers, idler pulley or glides.
  • Won’t start. Door switch, thermal fuse, start switch, motor or control board.
  • Takes too long to dry. A restricted vent or lint buildup, a weak heating element, or a faulty thermostat.
  • Shuts off mid-cycle. Overheating from a blocked vent, or a failing motor or thermostat.
  • Burning smell. Turn the dryer off and call us. Lint near the heater or a failing motor can cause it.
